I saw that gap and decided to do something about it. Almost five years ago, I chose to leave my career in tech and build a business in real estate because I saw an opportunity to raise the bar in an industry where client experience has not been taken seriously enough.

Before real estate, I spent 20+ years in business, including work in startups, education, and the corporate world of tech. I've worked across customer experience, sales enablement, marketing, and HR, including my last two years in the office of the CHRO of Microsoft. As both an individual contributor and a people manager in a global organization, I spent years mastering the skills that most agents are still learning on the job.

That background translates directly into a different kind of representation. What that means for my clients is a broker who brings genuine skill, preparation, and professional judgment to every step of the transaction. I communicate clearly, anticipate problems before they become expensive, and use proven systems and processes to keep things running smoothly. Your goals are my goals, and I never lose sight of what you're trying to accomplish, whether you're buying your first home, selling one you've loved for years, or just wondering if the timing is right for your next step.
