When I bought and sold my own homes before I was an agent, I saw firsthand how powerful great representation can be - clear communication, strong preparation, and a steady hand in a high‑stakes moment. But client experiences across the real estate industry is significantly varied and it's nearly impossible for clients to know how to vet and hire a good agent. That knowledge gap is what pulled me into real estate.

Five years ago, I stepped away from a successful career in tech to build a business focused on delivering a more professional level of service to my clients, every single time. My background spans customer experience, sales enablement, marketing, and HR, including two years in an exec office at Microsoft. Working across these professional functions and at these high levels sharpened the skills I bring to my services work, including strategic thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to anticipate challenges before they hit your wallet or your stress level.

Today, I approach real estate with the same mindset I brought when working across teams in a global organization: be prepared, stay proactive, communicate clearly, and keep people at the center.
