I'm Peri Erickson-Brown, a residential broker with deep roots in the Puget Sound region. I came to real estate after a 20-year career in business because I believe people deserve better guidance on one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. My approach is built around education and empowerment, giving you the right information at the right time, meeting you where you are, and earning the role of trusted advisor through honesty and results, not sales tactics. I don't push or pressure, and I don't need you to have it all figured out before we talk. I'll help you get unstuck and find a path forward, whatever that looks like for your situation.

I don't assume you know what you don't know, and I don't rush you toward a decision before you're ready. What I do is give you the information, context, and honest guidance you need to move forward with clarity and confidence, and stay by your side from the first conversation, through closing and beyond.

Home Selling

Selling a home is rarely just a transaction, especially if you’re a first time seller, if you’re managing a sale from out of town, or if you’re trying to manage the list prep on your own, the stakes are high and the details matter in this market. I bring strategic advisory services including preparation guidance, seasonal pricing and a marketing approach built around your specific home and the buyers most likely to want it. My goal is to protect your financial interests, maximize your profit, and make sure you understand what's happening and why, so you can feel empowered in your decision making.

Agent Referral

Not buying or selling in my core markets? I can still help you.
I have a vetted network of agents throughout Washington State and across the country. Agents I've met in person at trainings, through mutual colleagues, and through brokerage connections, and who share my commitment to client outcomes. Finding the right agent in an unfamiliar market is harder than it sounds, and a bad match can be expensive. I receive a referral fee from these agent for my introduction, so the cost to you to leverage my research time and expertise to help you find the right agent is well worth it, and in return I will professionally vet and connect you with an agent based on your priorities (we will talk first.)

Advice and Consulting

Not sure what you need yet? That's a perfectly good place to start. I offer initial consultations for anyone trying to figure out their next move, whether that's weighing a renovation against a sale, thinking through a major home project, or just trying to get a clear picture of their options. I have a deep library of resources, written materials, and practical knowledge built up over years of helping clients navigate complex decisions, and I'm a thoughtful thinking partner for anyone who wants to talk it through before committing to a path.

Vendor Recommendations

Getting ready to list, renovate, or just maintain a home you love? I keep a carefully curated library of vendors I trust, built from my own firsthand experience, client feedback, and years of seeing who shows up and does good work. When you ask for a referral I'll typically send at least one option in each category, and I ask that you share feedback on quotes and who you end up working with so I can keep the list current. A good vendor network is one of the most underrated things a broker can offer, and it's one I take seriously.
